Sell gold even in hard times
My name is Marcus and I run a jewelry store right behind the corner we can say. I have always wanted to be in this business because it is a kind of tradition in our family. My father used to run this firm, my grandfather had his own goldsmith in the village he used to live, my grand grandfather also had something to do with precious stones and materials. He was involved in trading, used to sell gold or something like that. It is hard to compare these businesses because they are all conducted in completely different times! The eras are different I would even say! There is completely no point in trying to transfer the realities into periods they have nothing to do with. All we can say is just that it must have been hard sometimes. The economy tends to be unsure, no matter the times of the year or the millennium. Suppose all of my ancestors had problems to sell gold sometimes. Just like I do now. The national crisis has touched also our branch. I have never thought it might be so difficult to find at least one customer per day! The costs for renting the building in which I work are not even recovered! My balance is below zero for a couple of weeks now. The tendencies need to change and I need to sell gold again. If it continues like this I will be forced to stop my business. It would be a shame for our family, but there is no way to win with the basic rights of the economy.
